1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account, accessing, or using any part of the ahh7 Platform, you expressly agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules, regulations, or policies applicable to specific services offered on the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," "You") and ahh7 ("Company," "We," "Us," "Our").

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the ahh7 Platform. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in suspension or termination of your account and forfeiture of any funds or winnings in your account balance. Any funds deposited by underage users will be refunded, and all winnings will be voided.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of the ahh7 Platform, including placing wagers and participating in games, you must register for an account. During registration, you agree to:

• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current;

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. ahh7 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must immediately change your password and notify ahh7 customer support.

3.4 Account Suspension and Termination

ahh7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions;
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
• Failure to provide requested verification documents;
• Use of automated software, bots, or other unauthorized tools;
• Collusion with other players or third parties;
• Chargebacks, payment disputes, or other financial irregularities.

In the event of account termination for cause, any remaining balance may be forfeited, and you will not be entitled to compensation for any losses, winnings, or bonuses.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

7. Intellectual Property Rights

In no event shall ahh7's total liability to you exceed the amount you have deposited into your account in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

The ahh7 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. ahh7 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

9. Responsible Gaming

The arbitration shall take place in Metro Manila, Philippines, and shall be conducted in English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding, and judgment upon the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

10.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against ahh7.

11. Miscellaneous Provisions

11.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

11.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to specific services, constitute the entire agreement between you and ahh7 regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications.

11.3 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of ahh7. ahh7 may assign or transfer these Terms or any rights hereunder without restriction.

11.4 Waiver

ahh7 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
